Review of 'A Good Night's Sleep'

This makes good sense to me! While I've always made sure my birds had at last 8 hours a night, I\'m now going to try to ensure they get 10 hours at least four nights a week. Hopefully, this will hit a good compromise between the need for bonding time and sleep!
