After reading this article, and having had experience with a number of veterinarians because of my parrots, I find alot of what was written is true. I have also come across vet\'s that have gone through the schooling mentioned to become proficient in avian practice only to have gotten bitten one time to hard and they then are not as good as they could be. When I find a good vet I do try to support them. I also do try to read up as the article suggests. I hope that more read this article and will support their vet that does ask questions from others. That is a behavior that needs supporting!
